Counseling provides a safe place for growth and healing. Through a collaborative process, it is my job to help individuals find the change they need to live the lives they desire. I am delighted to work with clients of all religious backgrounds, as well as those with no religious affiliation or spiritual belief system. I offer Christian counseling to those interested in including a spiritual perspective within their counseling process. My goal is to educate and empower my clients by providing them with the necessary tools to work through life’s most difficult challenges.
My approach to counseling is to integrate many important aspects of the whole person—including an individual’s thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships—in order to facilitate growth and healing. I incorporate CBT, ACT and EMDR into the treatment process. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I look forward to partnering with you in this process! I strongly believe that anyone can find hope, healing, and transformation through the therapeutic process of counseling.

We are not meant to go through life alone! Counseling creates space for safe, personalized collaboration in which the client(s) and counselor work together to promote growth and healing. During session, we will facilitate intrapersonal development, explore ways to improve relationships, and discover how to overcome challenges that seem to plague our day-to-day lives.
Counseling requires work from everyone involved. That doesn’t mean it has to be mundane! I bring a fun and creative element to session as we combine forces in an effort to establish trust, understanding, and contentment in our relationship with ourselves and our partner. As a counselor, I adopt a whole-self approach in which we strengthen your mental, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
We will integrate elements of CBT, ACT, EFT and/or The Gottman Method into your unique, individualized treatment plan. With a primarily person-centered focus, I’m able to partner with you in alleviating anxiety, depression, trauma, and conflict within relationships.
My own counseling journey confirmed my belief that it’s possible for each of us to find transformational healing and growth through therapeutic process of counseling. I’m here to meet you where you’re at and partner with you in achieving your personal and relational goals. My motto is “Treat the root, not the fruit!” This means that we will develop an understanding for the root cause of an issue instead of simply putting bandaids on concerns that have manifested from the underlying problem.
It’s my sincerest pleasure to walk alongside you in this season of your journey and help facilitate your peace and contentment within your relationship with yourself and others!

I believe counseling offers one of the most effective environments for personal and relational growth. It's a space where individuals can explore themselves, enhance communication skills, boost self-esteem, and experience meaningful improvements in their mental health. With a deep passion for helping others, I specialize in guiding clients through issues such as addiction, relationship and attachment concerns, depression, grief, panic attacks, anxiety, PTSD, loneliness, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and spiritual challenges.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a customized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each individual. Additionally, with a Bachelor's Degree in Theology, I offer the option to incorporate a biblical perspective into counseling, providing spiritual guidance for those who wish to explore this aspect of their healing.
I am dedicated to creating a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment where clients can experience self-discovery and growth.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with family and friends over coffee, taking road trips, having movie nights, and playing card games, board games, and video games.

I’m so glad you’re exploring therapy as a resource for moving forward.
I specialize in working with women of all ages through compassionate, evidence-based treatments that not only address symptoms but also explore deeper roots of anxiety, relationship struggles, perfectionism, low confidence, and grief.
My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy with a holistic lens that considers the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of who you are. Depending on what is most helpful for you, we might integrate techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness practices, or parts work. I firmly believe that successful therapy includes tools and connection. In our work together, my hope is that you will experience a warm, genuine presence as I thoughtfully tailor treatment to your unique needs.
Whether you’re seeking skills, understanding, healing, or simply a safe space to talk, you are welcome here.
